1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

Inquiry / contact form: name, email, phone, company and message content — to respond to your inquiry and take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Direct communication (email, phone): data you provide to us — for customer support (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Analytics (Google Analytics): site usage data — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given via the cookie notice. Analytics tools do not load before consent. Details in the Cookie Policy.
Abuse protection (Google reCAPTCHA): on the contact form, to prevent spam and malicious submissions — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Recipients and processors

Data is processed by our service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google (Analytics with consent; reCAPTCHA). Data processing agreements are in place with all processors; transfers to third countries are based on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention

We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle them and conclude any resulting business, at most in line with statutory retention obligations. Analytics consent is valid for a maximum of 12 months. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it). Withdraw cookie consent via "Cookie settings" in the site footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, www.azop.hr.
